CashMyCar Process
This Website provides a technology platform that enables users to access and utilize CashMyCar services through a single access point.
The CashMyCar process includes the following steps:
- You will create an account on the platform.
- You will submit your vehicle details through the platform; submission will only be accepted if the vehicle is registered under your name. To avoid any confusion, the account holder and the vehicle owner must be the same person or an officially authorized representative.
- You will receive an estimated price for your vehicle (the “Estimate Price”).
- The Estimate Price is indicative only and may vary depending on the vehicle’s condition, including but not limited to paint condition and any damage to the bodywork, interior, or mechanical components. The final assessment will be made following a physical inspection, as described below.
- If you accept the Estimate Price and wish to proceed, you must follow the instructions provided on the Website and take your vehicle to one of the Company’s inspection centers at the date, time, and location communicated to you.
- After the inspection, a final offer will be communicated to you.
- Al Abdulghani Motors reserves the right to share vehicle information and details with its internal and external business partners for the purpose of determining the final price as it deems appropriate.
- If you accept the final offer and choose to sell your vehicle, you will be required to sign a sale contract provided by the Company.
- The terms and conditions of the sale will be those set out in the sale contract.
- It is your sole responsibility to ensure the transfer of ownership to Al Abdulghani Motors. If the ownership transfer cannot be completed for reasons attributable to you, including but not limited to, outstanding fines, mortgages, or legal disputes — Al Abdulghani Motors reserves the right to take any necessary legal action to protect its interests.
- Upon completion of the transfer, you will receive the final agreed-upon payment amount.
- An administrative fee of 2.5% will be applied on the final transaction and will be deducted from the final sale price.
